We're a full-service event planning, coordination, styling and management company. We handle everything from concept and design to vendor coordination and day-of execution, so you can enjoy your event instead of running it.

We plan corporate events, weddings, bridal showers, bridal assistance, birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, proposals, workshops and funerals. If your event doesn't fit neatly into a category, reach out anyway — we love a good challenge.

We proudly provide wedding planning and coordination services across Ghana. We also specialize in destination weddings and events, both within Ghana and internationally, subject to availability. If your event is taking place outside our primary service areas or abroad, we’d be delighted to discuss the logistics, travel requirements, and any applicable travel fees during your consultation.

The earlier the better, especially for weddings and large events. Event coordination-only service begins two months before the event date, so if you're booking that package, plan to confirm at least that far out.

Browse our packages and submit a booking, or schedule a consultation so we can talk through your event first. No payment should be made until you've agreed to our full terms of service and contract.

A deposit of 40% of the total package price confirms your booking. For coordination-only bookings, it's a 60% deposit, which is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The remaining balance (60% or 40%, depending on your package) is due at least 15 working days before your event.

We accept card payments and bank transfer, both handled securely at checkout. You'll see the available options when you complete a booking.

Absolutely. While our packages are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of most clients, we recognize that no two events are the same. We offer bespoke planning solutions for clients who require services beyond our standard packages, ensuring a seamless experience tailored to your celebration.

Our standard package rates suit events with 50–250 guests and a bridal party of up to 12. A refundable GH₵500 deposit covers overflow of up to 100 additional guests. Prices adjust for larger guest counts or bridal parties.

Your initial consultation is complimentary and gives us the opportunity to understand your vision, discuss your needs, and determine the best planning package for your event. Once you’re booked, all meetings outlined in your selected package are included at no additional cost. Any additional meetings beyond the package may attract a fee, depending on the scope of support required.

Up to 15 hours for weddings and receptions (7am–9pm), and 10 hours for traditional weddings (7am–4pm). Additional hours beyond that are billed at GH₵350/hour.

Absolutely, we're happy to coordinate with vendors you've already booked alongside any we recommend. Do note that while we facilitate vendor relationships, the Event Planner isn't responsible for the performance or conduct of third-party vendors.

Yes. We understand that plans can evolve as your event approaches. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes wherever possible. Please note that significant changes to the scope of work, guest count, venue, event date, or vendor requirements may affect timelines, availability, and overall costs. We’ll always discuss any implications with you before moving forward.

For cancellations made a month or less before your event, 100% of the total fee is non-refundable. If you think you may need to cancel, reach out to us as early as possible so we can talk through your options.

Get in touch as soon as you know a new date is needed. We'll do our best to accommodate the change, though it's subject to our availability and the revisions policy above.

By booking with us, you grant Fairytales with AJ permission to use photos and video from your event for promotional purposes — our website, social media, portfolios and other marketing materials.

Yes. Notify us in writing before your event date. Opting out attracts an additional media privacy fee, since it limits our ability to document and showcase our work.
